These Terms govern your purchase and use of Atlas Splitter (“the App”), a macOS application provided by the indie developer operating this site (“we”, “us”).
Atlas Splitter is desktop software for splitting game sprite atlases into tiles on your Mac. Features are described on atlassplitter.com and in the App.
When you buy a license (for example via our payment partner or the Mac App Store), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Macs you own or control, for your own creative or commercial game/art work.
You may not resell, rent, reverse engineer (except where local law allows), or redistribute the App installer as a standalone product.
Direct-website purchases are processed by our payment partner (Merchant of Record). Mac App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Refund requests for direct purchases should be sent to 917097871@qq.com; we will handle them in line with the payment partner’s policies and applicable law.
The App processes images on your device. You are responsible for having rights to the art you open and export.
The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date.

图像在你的设备上处理。你须确保对所打开与导出素材拥有相应权利。
本应用按“现状”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失承担责任。
